Code of Conduct
The 60th Spring Topology and Dynamics Conference (STDC60) is dedicated to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for all participants. We are committed to ensuring that everyone can engage fully in the scientific program regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, religion, career stage, or institutional affiliation.
This code of conduct applies to all STDC60 spaces and activities, including talks, poster sessions, the welcome reception, lunch events, and any online spaces associated with the conference.

Reporting
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, we encourage you to report it as soon as possible. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.
To make a report, contact any member of the local organizing committee. Contact information for all organizers is listed on the conference website at stdc60.org.
You will not be required to confront the person you are reporting, and you may request that your identity be kept confidential to the extent possible while still allowing the organizing committee to respond appropriately.
Response and Resolution
The organizing committee takes all reports seriously. Upon receiving a report, we will:
- Acknowledge the report promptly.
- Investigate by gathering information from those involved and any witnesses.
- Take appropriate action, which may include:
- A private warning to the offending party
- Removal from one or more conference events
- Removal from the conference without refund
- Referral to the appropriate institutional or legal authorities
The organizing committee will inform the reporter of the outcome to the extent permitted by confidentiality constraints. Decisions made by the organizing committee are final.
Accessibility and Accommodation
STDC60 is committed to making the conference accessible to participants with disabilities. If you have accessibility needs or require accommodations, please contact the organizing committee at stdc60.org in advance of the conference.
This code of conduct was adopted by the STDC60 organizing committee and will be disseminated to all registered participants prior to the conference. Questions or concerns may be directed to the organizing committee via stdc60.org.
